Purchases can be returned within 14 days after the receipt of goods. No questions asked.
You have the right to open the package to check your goods, but to return your order, the garments must be unused, unwashed and with the original unbroken tags attached to the garments. Basically, in the same condition as they were delivered to you.

If you have received a damaged or faulty item, please provide us with a picture of the problem.
If you had ordered 2 sizes of a same model to try them at home and choose to keep one of the them and return the other size, no questions asked. But in the case your original order benefited from free shipment, you might loose the free shipment benefit if the amount of the original order corrected with the price of the returned products falls under the free shipping basket threshold of 50€. In this case, the returned goods will be reimbursed but you will be charged the original shipment cost.
At Blunaranja, we try to be very conscious about the carbon footprint of our e-com model. Ordering multiple sizes to choose the best fit, multiplies our carbon footprint and is therefor a practice we do not encourage, even if a lot of the fast fashion retailers have made it a standard.

If you return an item on an order where you profited from a volume discount (Ex: Order over 100€ -10%) and your order after having returned some items of it, does not meet the initial requirements of the promotion, you will lose the promotional benefit and your refund will be corrected with the lost promotional benefits.
If you used a promotional coupon with the order, we will refund the amount that you paid when ordering after having used the promotional coupon. In any case, the refund amount can not be higher than the original amount paid.
After having received your return request, we will get back to you with the information to start the return of your items.
Keep in mind that as specified in our Terms and Conditions, you will have to pay your own return shipping costs. We are still a small but growing company and simply cannot afford to offer free shipping AND return shipping, yet you can choose the carrier of your preference. We strongly recommend you obtain a proof of postage receipt from the Post Office as we can’t be held responsible for packages that fail to arrive.
In case of a return from countries outside of the EU (Switzerland, Norway, USA) - Please attach the original invoice outside on your parcel so customs can identify it as a return and will not tax it on its way back to us again. In case this has not been done correctly, we will have to decline the parcel at the border and it will return to you to correct the issue and send it out again.

You are responsible for your return until we have confirmed the reception of your return.
You can choose for a cash refund, an exchange or receive a store credit.
In the case you opt for an exchange, no extra shipment cost will be charged when sending the new item.
If you choose for a store credit, the credit amount will include the shipment cost of the original order.
In the case of a cash refund or an exchange the original shipment cost will not be refunded.
All returns not in exchange for a store credit refund, will not have the shipment cost from the original order refunded.
Upon reception of your return we will reimburse immediately your returned items subject to the return conditions mentioned above being met. You will receive a reimbursement for the value you paid the returned item(s) within 3 days after the product has returned to our warehouse, corrected with eventual shipment cost if your initial order value drops under the free shipping threshold.
We are entitled to withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back from you.
Please be aware that it can take up to 10 working days until the refunded amount is visible in your payment method. Refunds are always done by default with the same payment method as the initial payment for the order.
