Article 1: General provisions
Blunaranja.shop is an e-commerce website of Republic of Inspiring Brands BV, a private limited company with its registered office at Lindenstraat 162, 1800 Peutie, Belgium, VAT BE0748389642, (hereinafter referred to as 'ROIB'). ROIB offers the possibility to purchase apparel products online from its webshop blunaranja.shop.
The following Terms & Conditions apply to all visitors of the site blunaranja.shop and to each order that is placed by a visitor of this e-commerce website (“Customer”). By using this site, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions which apply to all products sold via this site.
When placing an order at blunanranja.shop, the Customer explicitly accepts these Terms & Conditions and their applicability, with the exclusion of all other conditions. Additional conditions of Customer are excluded, except when they have been accepted by ROIB BV in advance, in writing and explicitly.
By accessing or using this site, you furthermore confirm to be at least 18 years old or having the permission of your parent or legal guardian if you are younger than 18.
ROIB reserves the right to change the design and the content of blunaranja.shop at any time and may vary the present Terms & Conditions which will apply to all subsequent offers & orders.
It is important to read the purchase terms & conditions before ordering products online from the blunaranja.shop website. Be sure the order is complete and accurate before submitting your order.
The terms & conditions are written in English. In case the content is unclear, please contact our customer service.
Article 2: Customer service
The customer service of ROIB BV can be contacted, by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone +32 476303402. Any information requests, return requests or complaints can be sent to our customer service.
Article 3: Prices
All mentioned prices are those displayed on the site blunaranja.shop at the moment the customer places his order. Prices are stated in euros, always including Value-Added-Tax (VAT) for deliveries within the EU, however excluding shipment costs. These will be charged separately and the customer will pay them in addition to the price of the products. The exact shipping rates depend on the country where your order is being delivered to.
Deliveries outside the European Union may result in additional taxes or customs charges according to the country of the receiver. These taxes or customs charges have to be paid by the customer at reception of the order and will not be indicated on the order. However, in case a non-EU order, it will be mentioned separately on the order if other taxes, customs, delivery, reservation or administrative costs might be charged at reception of the order.
If your local currency is different from the currency in which the prices are quoted, your bank will apply the exchange rate applicable per the date of purchase. Your bank may apply a different exchange rate, which is beyond our control.
Products will remain property of ROIB until the customer has paid the purchase price and shipment cost in full. Purchased products and shipment cost will always be invoiced at such prices as displayed at the time of the order and confirmed in the email that confirms the order. These prices are only valid at the moment of the purchase provided that the products are available.
If the price is wrong or if the shipment costs are incorrect, you will be informed as soon as possible. In the above-mentioned cases you can cancel your order free of charge.
ROIB reserves the right to vary prices and shipments cost as shown on site at any moment of time. However, price changes will not affect the purchase of products already ordered and paid for.
Article 5: Online Offer
ROIB makes every effort to accurately present and describe the products, It is however, possible that the site may contain minor errors, which you recognize and accept. You also accept that the accompanying photos are intended decoratively and may contain elements of variations to the final delivered products. Especially colours on photos are influenced by situational light conditions when shooting the photo and by the customer computer and mobile devices on which the item is displayed.
If the products ordered are no longer available, we will inform you by e-mail as promptly as possible and refund the price paid by you. ROIB cannot be held liable for the non-availability of a product. If an offer has a limited term of validity or is made under certain conditions, this will be stated explicitly in the offer.
Article 6: Online Ordering, Purchasing, payment, Shipment & Delivery
Ordering, purchasing & payment
The order process includes the following steps:
- Select your product and add it to the shopping cart. The free shipping amount (specified by country of receiver) will exclude additional shipping cost;
- Enter discounts codes or promo voucher;
- Go to Checkout & Pay and review your order and more specifically the items purchased and the final amount to be paid before submitting the order;
- Enter customer details including the delivery address;
- Choose your payment method. Customer can choose between the following payment methods:
- Credit cards Visa & Mastercard
- Apple Pay
- You will be asked to accept these Terms & Conditions;
- You will be referred to the payment page of our payment partner ‘Shopify Payments’, where the payment will be carried out according to the method selected by you;
- You will receive a confirmation of payment and be referred again to our webshop;
- After placing an order you will receive an email from blunaranja.shop in which the receipt of the order is confirmed. As soon the items are sent, you will also receive a notification (the "Shipping Notification E-mail").
Payments can only be processed if the billing information can be verified. We retain title in any product(s) until we have received full payment for such product(s).
ROIB explicitly reserves the right not to accept your order for any reason. When you send us your order, we may run some checks on it before it is fulfilled. These checks may include verifying your address, creditworthiness, and checking for fraud. As to the latter: we run partly automated checks on all purchases to filter out unusual or suspect transactions, or transactions which can be identified as susceptible to fraud.
We also reserve the right to cancel a contract by written notice to you without being liable for any damage or costs other than repayment of any amount received from you in relation to the purchase that is cancelled.
Shipment & Delivery
Items ordered through blunaranja.shop will be delivered in Spain, Germany, Belgium, Netherlands, Luxemburg, UK and France at the shipments cost displayed on the home-page. Other countries of delivery can be subject to different shipment cost which will be specified during the ordering process. If you live in another country and would like to place an order, please contact us for more information by sending an email to email@example.com.
Special rules: PO Box addresses and military APO addresses are not accepted.
All items will be sent from ROIB fulfillment partner. ROIB will do its best to ship all orders within a few working days and within the term stated in the individual order confirmation.
Shipment within Europe typically takes up to 2 weeks. When your order is not delivered on time, you can always contact us through firstname.lastname@example.org, stating your customer number or order number.
A possible delay will in no case be a reason for compensation. Incorrectly provided delivery addresses are the responsibility of Customer and may result in extra costs which can be claimed from Customer.
If we do not manage to send your order within 30 days after the order confirmation mail due to exceptional circumstances, you can cancel this order free of charge and repayment will be guaranteed.
The shipment will be carried out by a professional courier. A signature is always required when receiving the items. You accept that a shipment may be delivered to a person different than Customer-applicant, if this person in question is present at the address stated by you. When no person is present when the delivery takes place, you will receive a notification about this by the courier. An attempt will automatically be made again according the policy of courier. In almost all cases, you can also select a different day of delivery or a delivery to a collection point. After two failed deliveries the package will automatically be sent to a collection point in your neighborhood.
Should the customer fail to pick the order within 2 weeks at the collection point, the order will be sent back to ROIB. ROIB will contact the customer to re-arrange for the order to be delivered, in which case the customer may be asked additional delivery costs.
Should the order go missing during the delivery process and the provisions of the Terms & Conditions are complied with, ROIB will send you a new shipment of the product or refund you the value of the order including shipment costs.
The risk of loss or damage will be transferred to Customer from the moment he/she (or a third party designated by him, who is not the transporter) has physically gained the possession of the items.
ROIB reserves the right to split orders into one or more deliveries as products are available. The additional shipping costs of split deliveries are at the expense of ROIB.

Article 7: Return right & refunds
The customer is entitled to notify ROIB that he/she wishes to exercise the right to revoke his/her purchase, without payment of a fine and without stating a motive, within 14 calendar days from the day following the delivery.
In the event the consumer invokes this possibility, he/she must return the items at his/her own risk and costs to ROIB BV, Lindenstraat 162, 1800 Peutie Belgium.
Returned items will only be accepted by ROIB BV on the condition that the purchased items have not been used. This means that original label and neck-hanger tag needs to be in place and have an intact seal and goods are returned in original state without any use or damage.
If discount voucher or coupons were used, their amount can never be requested to be refunded. Only items that have been purchased online at www.BluNaranja.shop can be returned.
We hereby to refer to our RETURN POLICY available on the blunaranja.shop website which outlines the ROIB return & refund process and is considered an integral part of these Terms & Conditions.
Article 8: Warranty & Complaints
ROIB warrants that the purchased items do not suffer from any visible or latent defects. Blunaranja products are made according to high-quality standards with selected quality fabrics and need to be used with the appropriate care and attention, strictly respecting the wash instructions taking in to account the fragile nature of the product.
When you receive the items, the customer must inspect them at once. When you are of the opinion that a delivered item is in non-conformity or shows a defect, you must inform us about the problem within 24 hours, stating your order number, by sending an email to the following email address: email@example.com.
This warranty is without prejudice to the statutory rights the customer has under EU regulation. Under no circumstances this warranty applies to products where the defect or damage is caused by incorrect use, negligence of washing and care instructions or normal wear out of apparel over time.
If a customer has a query or complaint about the product warranty, he/she should contact the customer service of blunaranja as soon as possible. We will make every effort to answer your question and find a satisfying solution.
This warranty only applies to products sold through blunaranja.shop for private purposes only. Any activity of reselling, relabeling, exporting for commercial purposes waives this warranty. Only authorized resellers can sell blunaranja products for commercial purposes
In any case that ROIB will be held liable for a non-delivered or non- compliant product, the liability will be limited to the amount the customer actually paid for the concerned order or product.
ROIB is also not responsible or cannot be held liable in any case for an interrupted availability or access to the site, failures depending of the computer system, viruses or other cyber security related incidents, hacking or damage to the customer’s computer system incurred through visiting blunaranja.shop (including, but not restricted to 'lost earnings'). The use of the website is at your own risk.
Article 9: Collection and Use of Personal Data
The information you give to us when opening your customer account or upon placing any order must be complete, accurate and up to date. We may, if applicable, ask you to confirm – by any means – your identity and the information given.
ROIB collects personal data on the site. Such data is required for processing orders and may be communicated, in whole or in part, to its service providers involved in fulfilling the order. The customer’s data is recorded in its own and in the service providers’ customers register. The data included is used for the processing, follow-up, delivery and invoicing of the order and the care and maintenance of the customer relationship.
Customers are informed that such personal data is also collected by bodies in charge of analyzing orders and fighting against credit card fraud.
The customer’s personal data will be processed in accordance with the laws relating to data protection applicable in Belgium. ROIB does not transfer the collected personal data to third parties for purposes other than those relating to the fulfillment of the order or possible debt collection measures. ROIB retains the right to transfer data relating to a customer to the authorities if the Customer has acted against law or contrary to good practice.
In accordance with applicable law, you have a right to access, modify, correct, oppose and delete personal data concerning you. You may exercise this right by sending an email to: firstname.lastname@example.org.
Article 10: Unsolicited idea & Blunaranja DesignLab
ROIB maintains the policy of not reviewing or accepting any unsolicited submissions of ideas, inventions, designs and/or other materials related to ROIB business whether consisting of texts, images, sounds, software, information or otherwise from persons external to ROIB You should therefore not post any materials on the website or send these to ROIB by e-mail or otherwise.

Article 11: Governing Law & disputes
All purchase agreements resulting out of transaction between customers and ROIB are governed by Belgian law with the exclusion of the United Nation Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
The courts of the place of residence of ROIB will have jurisdiction and are of competent in the event of legal disputes.
